The Super movers were professional, friendly, and arrived on time. They handled my furniture with great care and made the whole moving process stress-free. Communication was excellent from booking through delivery. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

Staff at Super Movers caused damage to the neighbours property and refuse to fix it.

My husband had to help them do their job as they weren’t capable of the heavy lifting.

Do not trust these people. An hour late, I called, they said they were on their way. 20 minutes later & call back to say their truck broke down & were waiting for a mechanic. we were on a time limit, both me & my husband took the day off work so they hired a truck & turned up 2 hours late. reversing into the driveway they came off course & into the neighbour’s garden rolling over & breaking a plumage drain then they ripped the chorus chord off the side of our house breaking it & causing chorus to come & fix it. there are witnesses & photos to all of this yet “Super Movers 🤨” are refusing to take responsibility & repair the damage. Bunch of cowboys & dishonest ones at that. Do Not Use These Idiots.

Very slow- three of us helped did most of the lifting then staff told the boss we didn’t do much. One staff member is on his phone most of the time the other one seems unsure of what to do, very badly stacked in the truck when we opened truck door a lot of things had moved and fallen over. Worst service I have ever received and very unprofessional.

I made a complaint and said that it’s not fair they charge me extra considering how much work we had to do and how slow the workers are at doing EVERYTHING AND HE CHARGED ME an extra hour and said if I don’t pay now they won’t drop my stuff off. Do not use this company!

Supermovers completed the move very well. Sid was very helpful and his communication was very clear.
